    The advent of the Dominator was in our shop in New Orleans, LA, where we specialized in LARGE DAMAGE Paintless Dent Repair.  The tool changed our business!

The sign below may be hard to read, but if you take a close look at it, this may inspire you too!                   

                                             It RE-DEFINED how our shop worked!

     This was a 20’ wall mural that was in our shop  (our shop was lost in Hurricane Katrina).

We realized years earlier that we were forcing (down the throats of) our customers, a

                                      ‘ONE PRICE FITS ALL’, mentality!  

            I was proud of the work that I did and,  “no ‘trash work’ is going out of my shop” !                                                               

                                        And then. . .   the light bulb went off ! !

    After years of arm wrestling with customers over price, and then. . seeing the $500 hoop-ty come in, and then the $45,000 Lexus. . .   It all started coming into focus. . .

  THAT THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST (3) DIFFERENT LEVELS OF REPAIR !!

       So, why not give the customer exactly what he wants, and why not make an ‘outline’ of the services that I could offer, and put it on the wall for them to choose!?             

(this would describe the service they would receive versus the money they wanted to spend)!
